End User License Agreement.

I would like to open up a discussion concerning the End User License Agreement.
Specifically on the delivery and acceptance of the EULA by the end user.
It would be great if Amazon could give us some guidance and propose best practice on this subject.
Food for thought !
Will the EULA be presented to the potential customer in the amazon store at purchase time?
Should we provide a menu entry to read the EULA from inside our app?
Should the EULA be accessible for the end user in the properties page provided by kindle?
I have not seen any documentation proposing a standard for this subject.
